Air Dissolving Tank (ADT)

• The tank producing 30~70㎛ microbubbles by dissolving air to the high-pressure circulating water (treated water)
• Improve the speed of forming a turbulent bubbling with streamlined nozzle and the magnet installation
• Maximize air saturation by increasing the surface area through attaching the ceramic membrane and the perforated cores.

Floated sludge removal device

• It transports the flux, which is float to the surface by the micro-bubbles, to the sludge storage tank and then removes the flux.
• Driving speed is adjustable according to the water quality of raw water that is a subject for treatment
• With automation of the water level control device, processing speed can be adjusted according to the flow rate.

Micro-bubble generating device

the nozzle jet type device spraying micro-bubbles generated by the air melting apparatus leads bubbles appearing on the inlet section outside of the device. Design structured to maintain the high saturation rate and to prevent clogging of the nozzle
